Donisa Bernardo is the Financial Secretary for the Hospital Employees’ Union (HEU) since 2006.  The Municipal Employees’ Pension Committee appointed her to the Board of Trustees in 2014 as Primary Trustee after being the Alternate Trustee since 2001.  Donisa has worked as a pharmacy technician at Royal Inland Hospital since 1984, and has been involved with the HEU since 1989.
